ATF Final Rule 2021R-05F

This new rule was signed by the AG and pertains updated definition of “Frame or Receiver” and identification of firearms“. The ATF recently provided training to FFLs on the final rule which has now updated the definition of frames and receivers. The training materials can be accessed using the link provided by the ATF.
